At my examination I found out I had several problems. I thought my aches and pains were from getting older. Well, they weren’t. After my first treatment, I slept so deeply and so soundly, it was like I was able to sleep for the first time in 10 years. After going every day during the first week of treatment, I felt so great it was unbelievable. All my aches and pains were gone, and I slept well and complete. When I started that first week I was broken and did not know it, but at the end, I felt like a whole new person. I look forward to the next year of treatment and how my overall health will improve. When I first came to Active Health Chiropractic, I had headaches almost everyday, migraines a few times a month with neck and back pain. These particular conditions have been occurring for a couple years with the pain increasing as time went by. These symptoms were due to many years of playing aggressive sports with a major collision in soccer about 10 months ago.

Being treated for about 2 ½ months by Dr. Paul, my headaches have decreased from almost everyday to once a month with no migraines and very minimal pain in the back and neck. I enjoy everyday activities, sports and work without pain.

My left arm and hand would often become numb and/or fall asleep. The condition was intermittent, but would be most aggravated by sustained physical activity. My neck, shoulders and upper back were usually stiff and sore. This was most likely a stress-induced subluxation somewhere in my spine. My muscles would often spasm and the numbness in my arms would become severe enough to keep me from being able to grasp or hold things like jars or my children.

Within the first three weeks my numbness, sore neck, shoulders and back have been relieved. Also, I have not experienced any of my usual hay fever and/or allergies. Most summers were spent with runny nose, watery eyes and coughing/sneezing. This summer has been allergy free. I was suffering from headaches, muscle tension and acid reflux. I went to the MD, but it didn’t stop and two months later I went back and it was worse. I was having a hard time seeing, my stomach was burning, my muscle tension was worse and it was hard to work. On a scale from 1 to 10 the pain was a 10.

On the first day of being adjusted, my acid reflux was less. I have been treated for one month and my headaches are gone, my muscles don’t hurt and my acid reflux is gone.

My condition was a lot of pain in my upper shoulders. I had limited motion in my neck and shoulder. Turning my head to look over my shoulders was hard to do. My back hurt a lot. I first came to Bridge Chiropractic due to back problems from a car accident. At first I just thought they would help my back, but then I understood that if your immune system was perfect then your health would be perfect too. That meant no allergies. Ever since I can remember, I have had allergies. About six years ago, I started getting allergy shots and for three years nothing happened. I felt no different, still stuffed up nose and itchy eyes. I have tried every single kind of allergy medicine both prescription and over-the-counter. None of them helped me. A year ago, my mom heard about Acupuncture and how it could rid your body of the evil allergies. I went for about two months and hated it. I stopped because I didn’t want to drink weird teas and have needles in my face anymore.
